I'm Rita Naa Kordey Clottey, a programs and operations leader and designer working across talent development, employability, technology, community and the future of work.
More than a job title
My career has never fit neatly into one box.
I've worked across program management, operations, talent development, employability, technology, graphic and product design, community building, events, partnerships and media.
The common thread is simple: I enjoy taking ideas, people and opportunities and creating the systems that help them move forward.
